Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Club Assembly

The Rotary Club of Port Macquarie West will hold our Annual General Meeting to elect Directors and the President for the 2026-2027 Rotary Year. The AGM will also discuss and vote on business relating to constitutional change within the Club.
Dinner will be included at the Port City Bowling Club
Following the AGM, a Club Assembly will be held to reflect on our Club’s goals and objectives and discuss any issues, ideas or general feedback. Members are encouraged to contribute.
